Your Zealti assistant can answer questions about your properties, track maintenance, record payments, and relay tenant messages — all over WhatsApp. Each landlord links their own number, and the assistant only ever sees your data.

    Send your first message

    Once connected, send any message in WhatsApp. The assistant will reply with a greeting and confirm you're linked.

    Ask it anything

    Ask about open maintenance requests, lease expirations, recent expenses, or record a rent payment — it only sees your properties.

    Stay in the loop

    New tenant messages are relayed to you here automatically, so you never miss a request.

Try saying things like:
